Biography

Emily Blake is a top fitness trainer who can tailor a streamlined training program to the specifics of an athlete’s goals, strengths and injuries. Whether it’s elite training and conditioning, improved strength and health, injury recovery and prevention, or nutrition advice, she has an amazing skill set to get you on track to reach your goals.

Working for many years in the Physical Therapy department of several well respected training & physical therapy centers in the Boston area and Cape Cod, Emily has always been in direct communication with an athlete’s physical therapist. She has deep experience coordinating strength and conditioning programs and implementing treatments. With a Masters in Exercise Physiology from Syracuse University, she has the knowledge and skill to adjust exercise and intensity to each individual to achieve the best results.

Along with her training talents, Emily is certified with Precision Nutrition. With her guidance, you can learn how to feed your body well by changing and adapting your nutrition to increase your peak performance or shed those last 5 pounds.

An accomplished athlete, Emily was a track and field star at Syracuse University. She also started her strength and conditioning career as an undergrad managing the training of the University & local high school athletes and teams.

A native New Englander having grown up on Cape Cod, she now lives in Brookline where she’s also the proud mother of 2 exceptional athletes.

An accomplished athlete, she was not only a track and field athlete, but also started her strength and conditioning career as an undergrad, managing athletes and teams including local high school and college teams.
